Every vehicle. One phone number. From a family car on the drive to an artic in a yard, we come to you — day or night, anywhere in the North East.
From a single callout to fleet support for up to nine hundred vehicles, the number to ring is the same.

Every vehicle. One phone number.
Here's each one in a bit more depth — what we do, where we do it, and what to expect when the van pulls up.
- On the drive or at the kerb
Cars & vans
Servicing, repairs and roadside fixes for everyday cars and light commercials.
Brakes that have gone spongy, a van that won't start on the morning of a job, a service that's easier done on your drive than at a garage — we handle the everyday work that keeps people moving. Most car and van jobs are diagnosed and finished where the vehicle stands, and we'll always tell you plainly what it needs, what it costs and when we can do it.
- Keeping freight moving
Truck & trailer
HGV and trailer repairs on site, so your fleet loses hours rather than days.
An HGV off the road costs more by the hour than almost anything else we fix. That's why we come to the yard, the depot, the lay-by or the docks: air systems and brakes, lighting and electrics, suspension and steering, sorted on site. We carry the kit for trailers too, from lighting boards to landing legs.
- Finding the fault
Diagnostics check
Warning light on the dash? We plug in, read the fault codes and tell you plainly what's wrong.
Modern vehicles tell you when something's wrong, but the code is only the start of the story. We plug in, read the codes, trace the fault and explain it without the jargon — then fix it where we can, or tell you honestly if it needs the workshop instead.
- All hours, planned or panic
Support & service
Planned servicing and breakdown support around the clock. Call any time, 24 hours a day.
Some customers call us once a year in an emergency; others book scheduled servicing so their vehicles never let them down in the first place. We do both — out-of-hours callouts, evening and weekend work, and routine servicing fitted around your working day.
- On site, not off the job
Plant repairs & servicing
Diggers, dumpers and site machinery kept working, on site and on your schedule.
A digger that won't start can stop a whole site, so plant work happens where the machine works: hydraulics, electrics, engines and scheduled servicing on your own ground, at a time that keeps your programme moving.
Sized to suit you
However big or small the job is, it starts with the same phone call — and gets the same friendly, small-team treatment.
The smallest job we attend is a single callout: one vehicle, one problem, one visit. The biggest is commercial fleet support, looking after businesses running as many as 900 vehicles. Between those two ends sits everything else — tradespeople with one van, small fleets of a dozen trucks, and everything in between.
However many vehicles you run, the deal is the same: ring 07538 525458 any time of day or night, tell us what's happened, and we'll tell you how quickly we can be with you.
One call gets you moving.
Ring any time, day or night, and tell us where the vehicle is.
